I'm an IT Systems Technician with St. Clair County, where I support the networks,
systems, and people that keep county services running. My day-to-day spans
configuring and maintaining Cisco network infrastructure, drawing detailed network diagrams,
network troubleshooting, and hands-on support for staff across departments.
I care about building and protecting networks, clear documentation, and technology that
gets out of people's way. When something breaks, my first course of action is to fix it.
My second is to prevent it from breaking again.
